Die Bereitstellung einer App für allgemeines Wohlbefinden nach der Geburt ist nicht zulassungspflichtig. Es wird kein reglementierter Beruf ausgeübt; Angaben zu Aufsichtsbehörde, Kammer oder berufsrechtlichen Regelungen entfallen daher.

Verbraucherstreitbeilegung

Upbloom wird über den App Store von Apple vertrieben (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Irland). Die Bedingungen für die Nutzung stehen in den Nutzungsbedingungen, Angaben zum Datenschutz in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Für eigene Inhalte sind wir nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen verantwortlich. Providing an app for general wellbeing after birth requires no licence. No regulated profession is exercised, so there is no supervisory authority, chamber or professional rule to name.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. You can send complaints directly to hello@torchtechnology.de at any time.
